Loyalty program

The following discount system applies to regular customers:

• STAGE 1 — a 3% discount if the customer’s total order amount is more than 100,000 RUB and less than 200,000 RUB.
• STAGE 2 — a 5% discount if the customer’s total order amount is more than 200,000 RUB.

Discounts apply to all products priced up to and including 250,000 RUB, including products that already have another discount applied.

The customer account is linked to the email address, not to the phone number. Orders placed without an email address are not taken into account by the algorithm when calculating the customer’s loyalty program status.

Discounts are applied automatically in the cart when the customer places an order using their account linked to their email address.

The total order amount is calculated based on the last 12 months. However, orders placed within the last 14 days are temporarily excluded from the calculation, as returns of orders or individual items may occur during this period, which can change the final order amount.

After receiving Stage 1 or Stage 2 status, the status remains valid for 12 months and is recalculated at the end of this period according to the standard algorithm.

Customers can view their order history and current loyalty program status in their personal account. The personal account is created using the customer’s email address.
