Here is the proper way to rebuild a Kayaba fork and change the oil seals. This fork is used on many motocross and enduro bikes: CRF250, CRF450, YZ125, YZ250, YZ450, WR250F, WR450F, KX450F, KX250F, RMZ250. The procedure is not complex but needs special tools and time. If you do everything right, the fork will last a long time.
